  1. Service Cancellation (Before Technician Assigned):

    • You can cancel the service at any time before a technician is assigned.

    • No cancellation charges will apply.

  2. Service Cancellation (After Technician Assigned):

    • If you cancel after a technician is assigned but before visit, a small cancellation fee may apply depending on the service.

  3. Cancellation After Technician Visit Started:

    • Once the technician has started the visit or is en route, visit charges may be applicable even if service is not completed.

  4. No-Show or Unavailable Customer:

    • If our technician reaches the location and the customer is unavailable, visit charges will be applied.

  5. Refunds (if applicable):

    • Any prepaid amount will be refunded based on the above rules, within 5–7 business days.
