“User” refers to anyone using the SamipaSeva platform (Customer, Serviceman, or Vendor).
“Customer” means a person who books services through the platform.
“Serviceman” refers to an independent service provider using the platform.
“Vendor” means a business offering service-related products.
Provide accurate personal and location details
Make payments as required
Be available during the scheduled service time
Avoid misuse or false bookings
Provide valid ID, skill proof, and bank details
Deliver services professionally and honestly
Pay required subscription fees to stay active
Avoid misbehavior, fraud, or service refusal without reason
Maintain accurate product listings and stock status
Fulfill customer orders promptly
Provide GST/license details if applicable
Services may be cancelled as per the [Cancellation Policy]
Cancellation after technician assignment may incur a fee
SamipaSeva reserves the right to cancel bookings for security or operational reasons
All payments are securely processed via trusted gateways
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
SamipaSeva is not responsible for delays or errors by third-party payment providers
SamipaSeva may suspend or terminate any user account if:
Policy violations occur
Fraudulent activities are detected
Subscription dues are unpaid
SamipaSeva is a facilitator that connects customers with third-party service providers (servicemen) and vendors. These service providers are not employees of SamipaSeva.
While we perform verification during onboarding, we are not responsible for any theft, illegal activity, loss, or damage caused by a third-party serviceman.
If a legal case or complaint is filed against a serviceman or vendor by a customer:
SamipaSeva will immediately cancel their subscription/account
A penalty may be imposed on the service provider for causing harm to the company’s reputation and customer trust
SamipaSeva reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities
⚠️ Important: Users are advised to verify the identity of any serviceman before allowing entry into their home. SamipaSeva does not take liability for personal loss due to negligence or unauthorized entry.
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks displayed on the SamipaSeva platform are the property of the company and cannot be reused without permission.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Khammam].
