Refund Rules:

  1. ✅ If the customer cancels the service before the serviceman starts or reaches the location, a full refund will be issued.

  2. 🚗 If the serviceman has reached your location, but the service is not started, minimum visit charges will be applicable (based on the category).

  3. 🔧 If the serviceman has inspected the problem, but the customer refuses to proceed with the repair/service, minimum service charges will still be applicable.

📌 Note: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. SamipaSeva is not responsible for disputes between the customer and serviceman, but we will support in resolving the issue.
